There are 12 radiator standards in my country, namely 1 national standard, 10 construction industry industry standards and 1 temporary technical condition. One national standard is: GB/T13754-1992 method for measuring heat dissipation of heating radiators. The 10 industry standards are: steel closed string fins, finned tube convectors, column, plate, and steel tube radiators; gray cast iron column airfoil, column, and airfoil radiators; aluminum column airfoil radiators ; Series parameters, threads and accessories. One provisional technical condition is steel flat tube radiator. The earliest of these was issued and implemented in 1986 and has not been revised in the past 20 years. Steel skewer has been listed as a restricted product by the Ministry of Construction Announcement No. 218 Nowadays, my country's radiator has developed rapidly, and many new products have been widely popular and used, such as aluminum radiator, decorative radiator, copper tube aluminum fin (string fins, winding fins) convector, steel-aluminum composite radiator, etc. There is no industry standard for these widely used products, which brings great difficulties to supervision and inspection, market management, design selection, construction and acceptance. Some standards no longer meet the needs of the new development of the times. For example, the reform of the heating system is advancing the reform of the heating system, the use of household metering, the heating fee is charged, and the room temperature can be adjusted. Clean cast iron radiator, because it will affect the failure and damage of the heat meter and temperature control valve, but the new standard has not been introduced. The radiator standard is seriously lagging behind, bringing some confusion to the market, making manufacturers and consumers at a loss what to do, and affecting the healthy development of radiators. It is hoped that relevant departments can pay attention to this issue, formulate and revise radiator standards as soon as possible, improve the level of the industry, and promote the development of the industry.
