Electronic radiator is an ordinary durable consumer product, mainly divided into: electronic radiator, solid radiator, power radiator, insert radiator. Its main function is heat dissipation, followed by considerations of energy saving, durability, decoration, and low price.

Eight precautions for electronic radiator production

1 The surface of the electronic radiator should be free from shrinkage, corrosion, cracks and other defects.

2 The metal fasteners of the flat radiator, the pressure plate, the gland, the disc spring, and the conductive sheet of the water-cooled radiator of the Chicco radiator manufacturer should be coated for protection.

3 The maximum allowable value of the surface roughness Ra of the radiator table is 3.2 m;

4 The flatness of the radiator table top is not less than level 9

5 Heat sinks used in humid tropical power semiconductor devices, including heat sinks, fasteners and insulators, the surface should be protected against moisture, salt spray and mold resistance should meet the corresponding tropical power semiconductor device standards

6 The special fasteners and insulating parts for radiators shall comply with GBB446.3  Radiator insulating parts and fasteners for power semiconductor devices"

7 The tightening torque or tightening pressure of the radiator and power semiconductor installation should meet the relevant regulations of the device product standard.

8 The size of the center positioning pin for the installation of the flat radiator table: 2.5mm in diameter, lmmo higher than the table
