Car radiator cleaning is very important. Simply put, the heat dissipation system of the car is the key to ensuring the normal operation of the engine, but after a long time, the engine and the heat dissipation system will deposit or rust. Therefore, keeping the heat dissipation system free of rust and deposits is a necessary condition for the normal operation of your car's heat dissipation system and engine.
(1) The radiator is cleaned in the washing tank. The radiator is removed, cleaned with water and compressed air to dry its external dust, placed in an aqueous solution container containing caustic soda 10%-15% (mass fraction), and kept heated 80 ~ 90t, soak the radiator for about 30 minutes, take it out and wash it in a clean water tank.
(2) Inspection of radiator leakage. Install the radiator detector on the radiator cover, and apply a pressure of 120 ~ 180kPa to the radiator to check the leakage of the coolant. If there is leakage, repair it.
(3) Inspection of the radiator cover and exhaust valve. Install the radiator detector on the radiator cover or the drain cover, and pump the pressure detector until the exhaust valve opens. Check the sealing performance and the opening pressure of the exhaust valve. . When the standard value is 75 ~ 105kPa, the valve should be in an open state. When the pressure on the cover is lower than the 60kPa limit, the pressure should not drop sharply. If it does not meet the limit value, replace the cover.
(4) Check the quality of the coolant. Dip your fingers into the coolant in the radiator to check the oil content and scale layer in the coolant.
