1、熱傳導(dǎo)性好

軌道燈散熱器采用純鋁一體式擠壓成型。純鋁（1070）的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)為226W/m.k，車鋁（6063）導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)為180W/m.k，而普通壓鑄鋁（ADC12）導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)僅為96W/m.k。導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)越大，LED釋放的熱量就能更快的傳導(dǎo)出去，越有利于LED燈具的整體散熱。

2. Good heat dissipation structure

The heat of the base can be conducted to the heat dissipation fins without any barriers. It can process parts with complex shapes: such as special-shaped sections, internal teeth, special-shaped holes and blind holes.

For automotive aluminum parts, the heat sink base and the heat sink are riveted together after machining, and there must be a gap between them; if the machining control of the riveted part is not precise enough, a large gap is likely to occur; while the lamp is used Thermal expansion and contraction in the process will also cause gaps, increase thermal resistance, and are not conducive to heat conduction.

3. Large heat dissipation area

The thickness of the heat dissipation fins of the track light radiator can be 0.7mm, and the spacing can be 1.5mm. The thin and many heat dissipation fins greatly increase the contact area with air and are more conducive to air convection and heat dissipation. A larger heat dissipation area can be obtained in the same volume, and good dimensional accuracy and surface finish can be easily obtained by forging.

4. Small size and light weight

Cold extrusion parts have high strength, good rigidity and light weight: Compared with die-casting parts and automotive aluminum parts, pure aluminum track light radiators have the above advantages, and the same volume and shape can be used for heat dissipation of higher-power lamps. Therefore, the use of pure aluminum track light radiator will reduce the weight and volume of LED lamps.
